I started learning to dance at a very young age. Since then, I have developed a love of sports, and have tried out various types of sports. When I encountered yoga a few years ago, I truly realized that it is more than a sport, it is exercising with the 'heart'.
In my classes, I hope my students are able to sense the integration of body and mind while practicing the asanas. With practice they can feel, explore, and find out about their own bodies and minds, in order to love themselves more.
